Introduction

This Privacy Policy constitutes an exhibit of the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") and the expressions defined therein shall have the same meaning herein.

Collection and Use of Data Provided by Users

As part of the Company's account opening process we will ask you to provide us with certain personal information, including your name, postal address, e-mail address and password as well as to certify that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if it is greater.

The Company will primarily use personal data to confirm certain necessary financial transactions, to send you events and news information and to provide you with customer support services.

In connection with the above it is very important that you provide valid and accurate information to the Company.

You as User will be able to change your Betting Account details in the downloaded softwares used for the Service (by selecting the 'Account' option under 'Data Change' in the ApuroPoker poker software) or on the Company's website also by selecting the 'Account' option under 'Data Change'.

Requirements for playing games or placing bets

To play in Real Money you as User will need to make a deposit to your Betting Account. In order to do so you will be required to provide deposit method information (e.g. credit card) and further details in connection with the deposit (e.g. credit card number). This information will be used by the Company exclusively for the purpose of clearing financial transactions executed between the Company and User.

In order to make future payments via the same deposit method more convenient the Company reserves the right to store and handle these details until the termination of User's Betting Account.

Confidentiality

The Company makes all effort to protect the confidentiality of data provided by Users. The Company has made significant investments in its servers, database, backup, firewall and encryption technologies to duly protect the data acquired by the Company.

All Company employees and sub-contractors are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and to keep Users' data strictly confidential even after the termination of the employment or other legal relationship.

You as User are also required to proceed with due care in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality of your personal data, especially your password.

You as User acknowledge that under legal regulations effective at any time the Company may be obliged to provide the personal data of Users to various authorities. Furthermore, the Company is entitled to use the personal data of Users to enforce the lawful rights of the Company.

You as User acknowledge that your personal data may be disclosed to the employees and sub-contractors of the Company mainly in the course of services provided to you as User. All such persons shall be bound by applicable confidentiality and data protection laws to keep your personal information private.

Storing and Modifying Personal Data

You as User have the right to review and obtain a copy of your information stored by the Company at any time and to request that changes in your personal data be entered in the records of the Company. These procedures shall be subject to the data protection laws in effect at the time.

The data provided by you as User will be kept and stored by the Company for a period of 5 years reckoned from the date of provision.

A cookie is a text-only string of information that the Company places in your computer's cookie file in order to identify you in the future. The Company may use the data generated from cookies to compile statistical data on your use of the website of the Company. Validity and Effect of the Privacy Policy

By opening a Betting Account with the Company you as User agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Company is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments shall be published on the website of the Company and will become effective within 8 days of their publication on the website. If you as User continue to use the Service of the Company after the effective date of the amendment this will imply that you have accepted the amendment of the Privacy Policy.

In case of any discrepancy between the Terms of the Company (General Terms & Conditions) and this Privacy Policy the provisions of the Terms shall prevail.
