Room Policy

This Room Policy (hereinafter the "Room Policy") constitutes an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Poker (hereinafter the "Poker Terms") of ApuroPoker International S. A. (hereinafter the "Company") and thus the provisions hereof are binding on Users together with the provisions of the Poker Terms.

1. With the exception of "country specific" tournaments Users may send chat messages to each other only in English and only internationally established, generally accepted and well-known expressions may be used in such messages.
2. Users are prohibited from using obscene, offensive or abusive language and from threatening others. In case of repeated violation of this rule the Company may suspend the User's right to chat or to play.
3. Users are not allowed to use the Company's chat services for advertising other websites or services. In case of violation of this rule the Company may suspend the User's right to chat or to play.
4. Users are not allowed to use words, characters or expressions that are difficult to understand for or that complicate communication with other Users using the chat services. In case of violation of this rule the Company may suspend the User's right to chat.
5. Users are not allowed to send unsolicited messages about private tournaments organized on the chat forum of individual tables or about "Sit&Go" events. In case of violation of this rule the Company may suspend the User's right to chat or to play.
6. Folding Users are not allowed to disclose information regarding their relinquished cards to other Users either at tables for Real Money games or in tournaments as such information would provide unfair advantage to the Users remaining in the game.
7. Users may make statements regarding their cards in hand only during Real Money games and Users are not allowed to help other Users or provide advice on how to play their cards.
8. As long as there are more than two Users playing for the pot in games and tournaments for cash neither the rest of the Users nor any other person may make statements that could influence the playing of the given round.
